Biography

Ana Vilhete, is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the tech industry. Currently, she founded Alium Consultancy, a leading Tech, Data, and Health staffing business with offices strategically located in London, Amsterdam, and Delaware.

Ana entered the tech recruitment field in 2015, starting as a head of legal in a highly successful recruitment business. Seeking to broaden her skill set and deepen her expertise, she transitioned to a different organization in 2018. This move allowed her to acquire a diverse range of skills and build her confidence as a leader in the industry.

In 2020, Ana's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her very own business, Alium Consultancy. Within just six months, the company achieved an impressive revenue of 1.3 million, and within the first year, soared to an outstanding 10.4 million. Demonstrating her remarkable vision and ability to drive success, she expanded Alium's reach by establishing offices in London, Amsterdam, and Delaware and facilitating remote work opportunities for employees across the globe. Adding to her qualifications, Ana holds an LLB and Criminology undergraduate degree and has earned the prestigious LPC qualification, further enhancing her legal expertise. A reflection of her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, she completed her MBA in 2022 at Warwick Business School.

While spearheading her businesses and expanding the healthcare sector, Ana also actively contributes to her community. Currently, she serves as a school governor and dedicates her time as a volunteer at the Citizen Advice. Her passion for inspiring and empowering others has led her to become a sought-after speaker at universities in England, Portugal, and the USA. By sharing her inspiring journey, she motivates and encourages aspiring individuals to pursue their dreams and never give up.
